Living and loving life more abundantly w/good clean food and good clean fun

I don't really like "labels" or putting myself in a box but if I had to describe my lifestyle, it would be plant-based as opposed to vegan. I'm fully engaged with my health and wellness. I'm all about working smart rather than working hard. I balance rest and play to get enough of both. I love to cook and create yummy new recipes with healthy ingredients. I have a big loving family and a core network of close friends. I eat clean, fresh, plant-based, organic whole foods and steer clear of junk food, fast food, processed food, faux-meat substitutes.
