In general I will describe myself as quite outgoing, gregarious and fun to be with. I enjoy travelling to exotic and different countries; this I find helps me unwind from the stresses of work. I also enjoy good fictions and I avoid any thing academic or value adding books when I want to relax. I tend to use the gym about 3 to 4 times a week; mostly circuit training, boxercise and aerobics.
